Paul McGrath

With more than 20 years of experience working as a benchtop fabricator, Paul McGrath has been a trailblazer in the solid surface industry, establishing McGrath Benchtop Solutions Ltd in 2013 with his wife Eloise.

Paul oversees a small yet dedicated team at our factory based in Mosgiel, Otago. With his wealth of experience, Paul has successfully trained his team to adhere to the highest standards of craftsmanship, ensuring that every project they undertake is of the utmost quality. A company culture of efficiency and excellence has been cultivated, enabling the team to deliver projects in a timely manner without compromising on the attention to detail. With Paul at the helm, our factory in Mosgiel has become synonymous with top-notch workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Paul's extensive experience in the industry and his unwavering dedication to delivering outstanding results have earned him a reputation as a trusted leader in the field, and the ‘go to guy’ with any solid surface projects that are outside of the box. With a passion for craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail, he has dedicated himself to providing exceptional acrylic solid surface products for residential and commercial clients.

Eloise McGrath

Eloise is a dynamic individual with over 10 years’ experience working for international companies in human resources - her experience extends to working within departments based in the UK, Australia and New Zealand.

Growing up within a small family business environment, Eloise honed her entrepreneurial skills and business acumen and has applied that knowledge and experience to McGrath Benchtops to help drive growth whilst maintaining efficiency and cost-effective strategies.

Eloise oversees the operational side of the business, encompassing the day-to-day activities and processes that keep the business running smoothly and efficiently. Eloise’s strong organisational abilities and attention to detail have ensured McGrath Benchtops is a well-oiled machine, allowing the company to deliver on-time and to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Meet Tony – Foreman

Tony has been with McGrath Benchtops since 2014, bringing over 10 years of experience to the team.   As a Foreman, Tony manages large commercial projects and oversees the team and ensures that each project runs smoothly.  His strong eye for detail and hands-on approach make him a key figure in managing the successful completion of most projects. Tony’s leadership and commitment to quality have made him an invaluable part of our team, ensuring every project meets the high standards we’re known for.
